Squarespace Plans include the pricing and features of Squarespace’s 2 main products — websites and online stores. Hovering over each feature activates a pop-up with a detailed description of each feature. Squarespace also answers FAQs on this page.

The Customer Care Team is a group of friendly, non-judgmental staff that work around the clock from Squarespace’s offices in New York, Portland and Dublin. Customer Care is available 24/7 for email support and Monday to Friday from 4 am to 8 pm (Eastern Time) for live chat support.

Squarespace Experts is a list of third-party designers and design companies that have extensive knowledge in the Squarespace platform.

Squarespace used to provide a helpful Specialist Directory that contained a list of third-party Squarespace designers, developers and setup experts for hire. Unfortunately, they’ve cheapened the program by partnering with 99 Designs to match customers with designers.

Squarespace Circle is a community of Squarespace web designers for exchanging ideas and best practices. Squarespace Circle members also receive several perks like the following:

8. Service Status Updates

Service Status Updates indicate the status of Squarespace systems (see image). If something doesn’t seem right with Squarespace, this is often the first place to check.

Squarespace also provides service updates and support with their Squarespace Help account on Twitter.
